Terminal 1: Step 1: After collecting your baggage leave the main hall and follow the signage towards "Parking G". Leave the terminal heading the exterior walkway towards the "Parking G" access. Step 2: At the end of the walkway, go to the lower level. At the lower level and at your left you will find the bus area. Step 3: At this point you will find the black minibus with OK MOBILITY.Terminal 2: From the luggage belt , follow indications towards HOTEL BUS without leaving the terminal. Exit the terminal following the indications direction HOTEL BUS. Continue until the end of this walkway following indications towards HOTEL BUS.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Travel Restrictions

All Cross Border and Island Crossings are disallowed for this rental.

Inter Island one ways available at a price of €290 (if previously authorised). Price can change without notice. Is forbidden to cross to Formentera from a different island. Customers are only permitted to go to Andorra and Portugal and France and will need to purchase a cross border cover costing up to 40EUR per day. Price can change without notice.

This covers damage sustained to another driver’s car in the event of an accident caused by you.

Limited Mileage

With this car, you can use up to 3000 km per rental period. Additional charge of per km will apply for extra kilometres.

AXA Damage Refund Insurance

You have purchased AXA Damage Refund insurance to cover your excess, you do not need to buy another policy to cover your excess at the desk, but if you do so, we’ll refund you the cost of the AXA policy provided there have been no claims. Refer to the policy T&Cs for the refund process.
